The Villa
Twelve Palms Villa is an oceanfront home ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful and beautiful retreat by the sea. Perfectly situated on the southern shoreline of the Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, this three-bedroom villa offers uninterrupted south-facing views of Sapodilla Bay and the ocean beyond.
Accommodation
The Villa has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people.
There is also the option of renting as a two-bedroom should you prefer.
There are two King beds and one room with extra long Twin beds that can be made as a full-size King. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom as well as separate cloakroom on the ground floor.
Amenities
Twelve Palms features a large infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean, situated next to a Gazebo and barbecue area which are perfect for outdoor dining. Access to the sea is available by stairs from our dock, allowing you to step into shallow, turquoise waters to swim and snorkel, or use one of our two-person kayaks to explore the area..
